Our Payment Policy

Payment Policy for Sahyadri Treks:

• Full payment for the Sahyadri Trek must be completed at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• If full payment is not received upon booking, the organizer reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
• Boarding will be denied to participants who have not made the full payment, and their seat may be reassigned to another participant.
• Once full payment is made, it is non-refundable if the participant is unable to attend the Trek.

Payment Policy for North Treks:

• Please ensure all pending payments are completed at least 5 days before the Trek departure date.
• If the remaining balance is not received by this deadline, the organizer reserves the right to cancel your booking.
• In cases of non-payment, boarding will be denied, and your spot will be reassigned to another participant.
• Any advance payment made at the time of booking is non-refundable if the full payment is not completed.

Payment Policy for All Trips:

• All outstanding payments must be completed at least 5 days before the trip departure.
• Failure to pay the remaining balance grants the organizer the right to cancel your booking.
• In cases of non-payment, boarding will be denied, and your seat may be reassigned to another participant.
• The advance amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable if the full payment is not made.
